From May 30 to June 01, 2017, the USAID/West Africa WASH Coordinating Secretariat is holding its fifth meeting in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso).

This 5^th WASH Coordinating Secretariat Meeting will be associated with the USAID learning event.  It will gather relevant WASH stakeholders from Burkina Faso for them to discuss major WASH issues including the importance of public-private partnership development.  Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss the context, challenges and prospects of the WASH sector in West Africa and Burkina Faso in particular.  In conjunction with the 5^th CS meeting, USAID West Africa is organizing with USAID WA-WASH a learning event involving stakeholders from Burkina Faso, Ghana, and Niger. The meeting will conclude with a field visit.
